This licence is issued by Animal & Veterinary Service to use a premise for the manufacture, processing, or repackaging of animal feed for non-food producing animals in Singapore, including pet food, treats and supplements.

FAQs

1. This licence is required for the local manufacture, processing or repackaging of pet food, treats and supplements for commercial sale.
2. This licence does not cover the import of pet feed. For import, please apply for the Registration to Import Feed for Non-food producing animals.
3. The Written Permission from URA can be a Change of Use document to pet food manufacturing, processing, or repackaging, depending on your use of the premises.
