Application Details
This is for the registration for Moneylender test. The Moneylender's Test is an open book format which includes 30 multiple choice questions which will be based on the content from the relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Moneylenders Act 2008, Moneylenders Rules 2009 and Moneylenders (Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing) Rules 2009.

- What are the criteria to register for the Moneylender’s Test?
Anyone may register for the Moneylender’s Test. However, do note that passing the Moneylender’s Test does not automatically qualify a person as a Test-Qualified Manager. - When and how would I know if I have passed the Moneylender’s Test?
You may check your test results via GoBusiness after one week from the date of your test. - How do I get appointed as a Test-Qualified Manager of an approved place of business of the licensee?
To be appointed as a Test-Qualified Manager, the person must satisfy the following criteria:- Passed the Moneylenders’ Test;
- Minimum four GCE ‘O’ Levels passes including English Language, or equivalent; and
- Fit and proper, and of good character
- How do I log in to GoBusiness to apply for the Moneylender’s Test if I do not have a Singpass account as a foreigner?
Foreigners without a Singpass account can request for a foreign user account to submit their licence application.

Fee
A non-refundable test fee of S$130 (inclusive of GST) is payable per attempt.
Requirements
Any other requirements as stipulated in the Moneylenders Act 2008, the Moneylenders Rules 2009 and the Moneylenders (Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism) Rules 2009.
