Application Details

Permits from BCA are required if you are:
- Operating a new or existing amusement ride
- Installing works for an amusement ride
- Performing modification works for an amusement ride.

You will need to notify BCA if you are:
- Relocating an amusement ride
- Aware of an incident

Before application of permits, you are highly encouraged to consult BCA.
