Company Insolvency Search - Companies Winding Up (CWU), Originating Summons (OS)

1. What is the purpose of conducting the company insolvency search?
   This search enables you to find out whether the company is unable to pay its debts as they fall due and in the process of winding up or to close voluntarily by its owners or by an Order of the Court (under certain circumstances).
2. What information is required when you want to conduct the company insolvency search?
   Please have the following information ready when submitting the application: Company's UEN
   Note: Search by Case Number is not available.
3. What is the cost of conducting the company insolvency search and the modes of payment?
   A search fee of $35.00 is payable for each search request submitted and the payment is to be made by PayPal via GoBusiness Licensing portal only.
   Note: CrimsonLogic may revise the above search fee from time to time. Each time you use our service, you acknowledge and agree that our latest search fee shall apply to you.
4. What is the processing time to conduct the company insolvency search?
   Any search requests received before 3:00pm on weekdays and/ or 10:00am on Saturday during our working hours will be process within the same day and we will email you with the search results.

1. What is the purpose of submitting the legal requisition to relevant government agencies?
   Legal Requisition is a search that provides information on the latest planning decision, the current Master Plan zoning for a property.
   You may inquire about encumbrances on a property and request for Statement of Accounts from IRAS.
2. What information is required when you want to submit the legal requisition?
   Please have the following information ready when submitting the application: Applicant's details, full property address, valid land lot number, valid strata lot number and Land Lot Map for PUB-CWD.
   Note: We will not be able to process the application if any of the following is incomplete or invalid (Land Lot Map not uploaded when PUB-CWD is selected, Property Address, Land Lot Number and Strata Lot Number).
3. What is the cost of submitting the legal requisition and the modes of payment?
   The application fee varies from the relevant government agencies which you have selected (see fee table below) is payable for each application submitted and the payment is to be made by PayPal via GoBusiness Licensing portal only.

   The buyer normally conducts a title search on the property to ascertain if the seller is the true owner.
2. What information is required when you want to conduct the PSS-INLIS property information search?
   Please have the Property Full Address ready when submitting the application.
   Note: Search by Owner Name or Identification Number to extract the property address(es) is not available.
