Skills Profiling for SMEs
Assess employees’ skills and identify training needs powered by skills profiling technology
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can now benchmark your employees’ skills to discover their strengths and skills gaps and identify training courses personalised to their skill needs. This is a pilot collaboration by SSG and JobKred, a homegrown HRTech start-up specialising in talent management. Due to strong demand, the pilot is expanded from the original 400 SMEs to covering an additional 1,000 SMEs.
How you can benefit:
- Receive 12 months of complimentary access to JobKred’s Lithium skills profiling platform for 50 users per SME, up to 1000 SMEs
- Benchmark your employees’ skills based on their job role
- Identify skills gaps and training needs, and receive curated training recommendations
- Build a learning culture and excite your employees in their skills development
Eligibility criteria:
- Your organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Your organisation’s employment size should be at least 3 but must not exceed 200, OR your organisation’s annual sales turnover must not exceed S$100 million
- Non-business entities not registered with ACRA, such as VWOs and societies, are eligible if they meet the above criteria
