Skills Profiling for SMEs

Assess employees’ skills and identify training needs powered by skills profiling technology

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can now benchmark your employees’ competencies to discover their strengths and skills gaps and identify training courses personalised to their skill needs.

This is a pilot collaboration by SSG and JobKred, a homegrown HRTech start-up specialising in talent management.

How you can benefit:

  • Receive 12 months of complimentary access to JobKred’s Lithium skills profiling platform for 50 users (limited to the first 400 SMEs)

  • Benchmark your employees’ skills based on their job role

  • Identify skills gaps and training needs, and receive curated training recommendations

Eligibility criteria:

  • Your organisation must be registered or incorporated in Singapore

  • Your organisation’s employment size must not exceed 200, OR your organisation’s annual sales turnover must not exceed S$100 million

  • Sole proprietorships which meet all of the criteria above

  • Non-business entities not registered with ACRA, such as VWOs and societies
