Groom local graduates to develop your manpower pipeline
The SkillsFuture Work-Study Programmes (WSPs) are offered by the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and SSG’s appointed private training providers to provide fresh graduates from the polytechnics, Institute of Technical Education (ITE), and mid-career individuals, a head-start in careers related to their discipline of study through work-study arrangements within organisations.
You can participate in the WSPs as a host employer by opening your workplace and offering structured training to the WSP trainees.
