Support for Job Redesign under Productivity Solutions Grant

Work with pre-approved Job Redesign consultants to redesign jobs for improved productivity and attractiveness

Developed by WSG as part of the enhancement to the existing Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), the Support for Job Redesign under Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR) encourages enterprises to work with pre-approved Job Redesign (JR) consultants to redesign work processes, tasks and responsibilities to attract and retain better workers.

Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) has been appointed by WSG as the Programme Manager to administer PSG-JR. A panel of pre-approved JR consultants has also been appointed to help organisations redesign work processes, tasks and responsibilities. The pre-approved JR consultants will assist organisations in the following:

  • Scope and develop proposals for PSG-JR; and

  • Implement the PSG-JR project and ensure that the committed deliverables for the project are met

Subsidies and funding:

  • Eligible enterprises can receive funding for consultancy services, capped at $30,000 per enterprise. Funding is on a reimbursement basis upon completion of PSG-JR project. Enterprises will have up to one year to complete their project.
  • On top of the above funding support, eligible enterprises can also tap on their SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to defray 90% of their out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Your organisation must be registered or incorporated and operating in Singapore
  • You must have at least 3 local employees at the point of application
  • At the point of application, you must not have: i) Made any payment to a pre-approved JR consultant or third party in relation to the engagement of JR-related consultancy service; and ii) Signed or confirmed any contract or purchase order with a pre-approved JR consultant or third party in relation to the engagement of JR-related consultancy service
