FPA Patent Attorneys Asia has two focusses. One being on domestic SME’s and start-ups, whereby we accompany clients on the entire IP journey from ground zero to a valuable portfolio. FPA also assists experienced business-minded professionals from diverse technical backgrounds in relation to both accumulation of IP assets, and optimising return-on-investment. The other focus is working collaboratively with the Australian team. Collectively, the patent attorneys in our team prepare and prosecute patents directly in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, and through our agent network in other countries, with a special focus on countries in Southeast Asia. FPA’s market truly values our attorney’s deep expertise. Our attorneys partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver agreed upon business results and to provide something extra, such as identification of new opportunities or unforeseen risks.
