You should apply for a General Radio-communication Station Licence to transmit and receive radio-communication messages by any of the following means:

  • Aeronautical Station
  • Base or Fixed Station
  • Base or Fixed Station (Spectrum)*
  • Coast Station
  • Fixed Link or Relay Station
  • Fixed Link or Relay Station (Spectrum)*
  • Free Space Optics (FSO)
  • Mobile Station
  • Mobile Station (Spectrum)*
  • Radiodetermination Station*
* These licences are only applicable to Facilities Based Operation (FBO) licensees who are granted with Spectrum Rights.
